The first question the Rutgers coach received during his press conference that day was about Ian Strong, the latest top-ranked player from the state of New York that the Scarlet Knights snagged. Listed as a safety on the edge of four-star status on 247Sports, Schiano said he believed Strong could be “really good” at that position, but he did not want to “pigeonhole” the versatile prospect.
